Buddhist Meditation 3: Buddhist Teachings

In Person, Tuesdays, April 2025, 7pm to 9pm

Buddhism offers a profound vision of human existence while serving as a practical guide to enrich every aspect of our lives. By integrating meditation with Buddhist principles, we deepen our awareness, dissolve misconceptions, and open ourselves to the vast potential and precious opportunities life presents.

At the heart of Buddhist practice is a compassionate desire to understand and transcend suffering. It encourages us to discover the "magic in the ordinary" and to cultivate harmony—both within ourselves and in our relationships with others.

This introductory course invites you to explore the core teachings of Buddhism and experience its transformative potential. It is informal, interactive, and welcoming. It is open to anyone, whether you're exploring Buddhism as a spiritual path or looking to enhance your meditation practice.

This course is part of a 4-part series of courses that we hold twice a year - you can take them in any order.

Since this class is in person we have safety requirements - please check them here. Right now masks are optional

Registration will open in 2025
