Healing Communication (for the benefit of all beings) - the Earth and other Elements - including a special Sangha Night for the Rainforest, April 21
Continuing our theme, this month we will bring in the elements - earth, water, fire, air, space and consciousness - and explore healing communication with our internal and external environment.
April 7: Practicing with the elements, with Prasadachitta (Recording)
April 14: Touching the Earth with Words, with Acarasiddhi and Sangha members - an evening of poetry and prose. (Recording)
April 21: Earth Day Celebration with the SFBC Green Sangha. Meditation, music, poetry, personal stories, and generosity. Register below, and for more details visit A Special Sangha Night for the Rainforest. (Recording)
April 28: Six element healing, with Viveka: interconnection as a foundation for healing communication
While we are on zoom we are experimenting with a shorter program - ending at 8:30pm rather than 9pm - zoom will stay open till 9pm for anyone wanting to hang out for a while after the class.
To register for any or all Sangha Nights in April: enter the amount you wish to donate in the Event Donation box and click add to cart. Suggested donation is based on $5 - $10 per evening. Please know that 75% of Sangha Night donations for April will go to the Rainforest Foundation - if you prefer your donations not go go there please let us know. Donations are very much appreciated but always optional - if you are experiencing financial difficulties please feel free to enter 0 in the box, and click 'pay later' on the payment page. We'll send you the zoom link by 2pm on the day of each class. If you don't receive it by 2pm, or if you register after that time please email us.
