Paramananda

Paramananda

Paramananda was chair of the SFBC until he returned to London in 2001.  He leads retreats all over the world, and still keeps in touch and visits us from time to time, though currently online.

He has written several books on meditation and dharma, including: Change Your Mind, A Deeper Beauty, and The Myth of Meditation.
