Sangha Nights in December: Compassion and Equanimity
Practicing Dharma and Meditation in Community, Wednesdays, 7pm to 9pm, in person
Throughout 2025 we have looked at the Six Paramitas – liberating qualities that heal through taking us beyond suffering to freedom. In December we will wrap up the series and explore what we would like to take with us into 2026.
December 3: Prasadachitta – Compassion
December 10: Prasadachitta – Equanimity
“The three immeasurable states of loving-kindness, compassion and sympathetic joy depend on the fourth immeasurable, equanimity, for their balance and full maturity.” Bhikkhu Analayo
December 17: Shunyamala – Bhutan
Shunyamala will lead a special last Sangha Night of 2026, sharing reflections on her amazing journey to Bhutan in November this year
Sangha nights will take a break from the end of December 17, resuming January 7, 2026.
Everyone is welcome to Sangha Night
