Buddhist Meditation – Going Deeper
A Four Week Course, In Person on Tuesdays, March 17 to April 7, 2026, 7pm to 9pm
If you’ve completed our Introductory Course(s), please join us to deepen your meditation practice. We’ll explore which methods truly support clarity, openness, and emotional ease—and which habits tend to constrict the heart and mind. Bring your imagination, your questions, your difficulties, and your deepest values as we uncover how meditation can become a path of freedom and transformation.
Since this class is in person we have safety requirements – please check them here.
There will be guided meditations each evening – sitting, mindful movement, and lying down – with plenty of time for questions and sharing our discoveries in a safe and welcoming space. Ideally you will be able to attend at least 3 of the 4 classes.
Suitable for complete beginners to meditation as well as anyone wishing to refresh their practice.
Please register in advance – see below. The suggested donation is $150 to $110. No-one is turned away for lack of funds so please let us know if you need a lower rate.
All our teachers are volunteers and our class fees and donations go towards keeping our center running so that we can continue to provide a space to practice.
This course is one of 4 that we offer twice a year. You can take them in any order.
