Buddhist Meditation 3: Buddhist Teachings
In Person on Tuesdays Sep 30 to Oct 21, 7pm to 9pm
At the heart of Buddhist practice is a compassionate desire to understand and transcend suffering. It encourages us to discover the “magic in the ordinary” and to cultivate harmony—both within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
This introductory course invites you to explore the core teachings of Buddhism and experience its transformative potential.
The course is informal, interactive, and welcoming. It is open to anyone, whether you’re exploring Buddhism as a spiritual path or looking to enhance your meditation practice.
Since this class is in person we have safety requirements – please check them here.
Please register in advance – see below. The suggested donation is $150 to $110. No-one is turned away for lack of funds so please let us know if you need a lower rate.
This course is part of a 4-part series of courses that we hold twice a year – you can take them in any order.
