Sangha Night Wednesday July 15
Opening to Equanimity
Equanimity and the Right Brain – Padmatara
Meditation, meditative movement, art, poetry, looking at the night sky, doing nothing at all – these are some of the ways we can access kind of a “right-brain” consciousness – intuitive understanding, wisdom beyond words and interpretation, awareness of the vast ocean, not just one wave after another. In other words – Equanimity? Let’s talk about it.
This is part of our series The Heart of Buddhism running through May, June and July – drop in every week or just when you can.
