Metta as an Opening to Experience
Spiritual practice has been described as an opening to new experience. As practice deepens, we might say it culminates in prājñā — wisdom. As it widens, we might say it culminates in mettā — love. This talk will explore how these two currents come together in a single experience that both includes and unifies them.
