Speak from your own experience. Listen deeply. Avoid interrupting or offering advice unless asked. - Confidentiality and Care
Honor the privacy of the group. What’s shared here stays here. - Camera On (if possible)
Seeing each other helps create connection. If you need your camera off, that’s okay—just let us know you’re here. - One Voice at a Time
Use the “raise hand” feature or gestures to share. Mute when not speaking in large groups. - No Unsolicited Messages
Please don’t send private messages to others you don’t know without permission. - Inclusion and Generosity
Make space for everyone. Speak simply, listen with curiosity, and respect differences. - Take Care of Yourself
