Mantra Meditation 2: Equanimity

With Prasadachitta and Danamaya

Buddhists from many traditions around the world have been chanting this praise to the Three Jewels for over 2,500 years. Deeply inspiring and encouraging in its effect, it expresses why the Triple Gem is such a precious gift to the world. As we explore Equanimity, chanting the Tiratnavandana can help us connect with a perspective larger than our changing moods and circumstances, grounding us in confidence and balance. Prasadachitta will offer a short talk on the history and meaning of the text, and Danamaya will guide us in how to chant it – in Pali! No singing experience or talent is needed. All voices are welcome.

This is part of our series The Heart of Buddhism  running through May, June and July – drop in every week or just when you can.
