Study and Practice at the SFBC – an Invitation
Tuesdays June 2 to 30, 7pm to 9
This course is an opportunity to bring what you’ve encountered in introductory classes, retreats, or Sangha Night a little more deeply into your life and practice. Together we’ll explore Buddhist practice, friendship, and community in a supportive and reflective setting.
The group is also a space to explore whether becoming a mitra (literally a friend) at the SFBC feels right for you. (You can read more about this on our website.)
Many people find that studying alongside others who are asking similar questions helps ground their practice and allows it to grow in a more personal and meaningful way.
We’ll meet for five Tuesday evenings from 7 – 9pm, June 2 – 30. Plans will be shaped around who is interested and people’s availability, so please email us to let us know your thoughts or if you’d like to join.
If you’ve been coming to the SFBC for a while, we warmly invite you to join us for this small-group study series. If you are not sure if this is for you please email us with any questions. (info@sfbuddhistcenter.org)
Please pre-register below. No-one is turned away for lack of funds – if you need a special payment plan please just let us know.
