Aryadrishti discovered the Triratna Buddhist Community while studying in Australia in 1995 and was immediately drawn to its vision of spiritual friendship and community. Nearly thirty years later, those teachings continue to inspire her practice. She has supported Mitras and those Going for Refuge for many years and now serves on the College of Public Preceptors.
Outside the Dharma, she founded an environmental engineering company specializing in river restoration, with projects across North America and internationally. As she transitions from her professional career, she is delighted to be able to devote more time to teaching, mentoring, and serving the Triratna community. She c.urrently lives in Portland, OR
