20’s and 30’s Gathering
Wednesdays, 5:45pm to 6:45pm
Beginning September 23, join us on Wednesdays for a welcoming one-hour gathering for people in their 20s and 30s.
We’ll begin with 20 minutes of meditation, followed by an informal discussion on a different Dharma topic each week. This is a space to connect with others, explore how meditation and Buddhist teachings relate to everyday life, and talk about your meditation practice. You’re welcome to share, ask questions, or simply listen.
No previous meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are, and feel free to stay afterward for Sangha Night, our larger weekly community evening of meditation, Buddhist teaching, and connection.
By donation:
Suggested donation: $5 – $15, or whatever you can afford. No one turned away for lack of funds. Pay at the door or online.
All donations support the running of the SFBC and help maintain a space for shared practice. Our teachers volunteer their time.
Care:
Please take care of yourself and others. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you do not attend.
Schedule / access:
This event takes place every Wednesday evening, 5:45pm to 6:45pm
