We are very fortunate to be hosting an online meditation morning with her on August 13, 10am to 12noon.
The focus of the morning will be the breath. Vidyamala will introduce the physiology of breathing and ways to harness empowering and calming approaches to enhance meditation practices that involve breath awareness. These also help to balance the nervous system and build resilience and strength.
