Please note each online class has a different link to join zoom.  Each week we will send the link to all those registered  by 2pm on the day of the class.

April 15Tending to the heart and emotions in the midst of COVID-19. Including a practice of tonglen compassion meditation. With Viveka.

Special guest  Nagapriya, Chair of the Cuernavaca Buddhist Center in Mexico, was intending to visit us in person this week to take part in a retreat, but instead he will join us online from Mexico to explore the meaning of this buddhist teaching and its relevance for us today.
