Padmatara and Danadasa,
From Zachi: One of the ways I like to practice is to go out to nature. It's always a very grounding experience. If relevant, I can share ways I find nature and calmness within an urban setting. For example, below are two routes we often do, that can be accommodated to be anywhere from 2 Miles flat-path, to a more invigorating 3 (or more) Miles, with some uphills, and anything in between. I chose the below two routes b/c they start and end in an easy/accessible location, and have bathrooms, and food at the end. Maybe we can do it as a group walk, where people have the option to walk in silent, walk and chat, and then we can have some light Yoga/Tai-Chi/Meditation at some point if people would like that.

There are many more routes, some are much closer to the center, if we so desired.
