Qigong and Meditation
Saturday October 17, 10am to 11:30am
We begin with a mindful qigong practice, followed by a gently guided meditation and time to reflect together on our experience.
The gentle, flowing movements of qigong help calm and regulate the nervous system, grounding awareness in the body. From this place of embodied presence, our sitting meditation can become more settled, clear, and spacious.
