Pacific NW Annual Regional Retreat Online, Sep 18 to 20

Vitality in Stillness and Motion, with Manidha

 Vitality in Stillness and Motion

“The fastest way to still the mind is to move the body...There is no way out, but through the body.” Gabrielle Roth

We move throughout the day, but very few people are aware of how they are moving. Anyone can experience more vitality and aliveness through movement with awareness. Stillness, the background of all experience, can then naturally arise. Using meditation and somatic practices grounded in neuroscience, Manidha will guide you through a process of awakening the whole body and tapping into the brain’s unlimited potential for transformation. Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement, Continuum Movement, and Polyvagal Theory are some of the areas we will explore to rewire your brain and strengthen your nervous system.

Dates: Friday Sept 18, 6:30-8:00pm, Saturday Sept 19 and Sunday 20, 9:00am-12:30pm (Zoom online)
