Mindfulness in Everyday Life

Four week introductory course on zoom

Tuesday, May 18, 2021 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

4 Tuesdays. May 18 to June 8, 6:30pm to 8pm

Mindfulness is the ability to give our undivided attention to the present moment and to wholeheartedly engage with what needs doing. It enhances all experience. In this course we will learn how to apply mindfulness to our day-to-day activities and bring greater joy, depth, and spaciousness into our lives. No experience necessary.

Open to complete beginners and anyone wishing to refresh, support and deepen their practice. 

This course is one of four courses in our Meditation, Buddhism and Mindfulness series running twice a year. 

Please register by Monday May 17 and we will send you the zoom link to join the course. (If you register late please send an email to ensure places are available.)
