Metta and Communication for deepening spiritual friendship

March 20 to 21, with Amaragita

A two day retreat on zoom, with Amaragita.  March 20 and 21, 9am to 12 noon.

Through guided meditation, reflection, and paired work we will explore the kinds of communication that allow us to respond most appropriately to our friends and offer speaking and listening that supports their exploration of the dharma life.

This is a West Coast Sangha Retreat for Seattle, Vancouver, Tacoma and San Francisco Buddhist Center Sanghas.

Amaragita is a highly respected and experienced trainer and facilitator. She teaches meditation, coaching and communication skills, and loves to have conversations with people that open up possibility. A mother of two, she leads retreats for mothers, intergenerational retreats and meditation courses. She is currently the Chair of Buddhafield, a charity committed to land based Buddhist practices and ecological renewal, and lives in the UK. She was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order 20 years ago.
