Meditation and Buddhism - 4 week Introductory Course online

Tuesdays, April 13 to May 4, 6:30pm to 8pm

Dates for 2022 to be confirmed

Through discussion of practical Buddhist teachings, along with periods of reflection and meditation, we will clarify and deepen our understanding of what it means to have an effective practice, and build the confidence and inspiration we need to keep it up, while enjoying the positive changes it can bring.

In the Buddhist tradition meditation is part of a whole set of tools that help us to effectively engage with and transform the heart and mind. By looking closely at the ways we interpret our experience of ourselves and the world we learn how to work with perceptions and feelings in ways that enhance, rather than undermine, the benefits of meditation.

Open to complete beginners and anyone wishing to refresh, support and deepen their practice.

This course is one of four courses in our Meditation, Buddhism and Mindfulness series running twice a year.
