An Urban Retreat for Core Sangha
Every January the San Francisco Buddhist Center offers a special Rainy Season retreat, pausing our usual program so that Order Members, Mitras*, and people who regularly practice with us can deepen their dharma life together.

Wednesday Sangha Nights are the main focus of the retreat.
Wednesdays Jan 6, 13, 20, 27, 7pm to 8:30pm, followed by a tea break till 9pm.

Thursday Going Deeper Groups Jan 7, 14, 21, 6pm to 8pm
Going Deeper Group to explore the themes from Sangha nights experientially and in discussion.

Refuge Tree Practice for GFR Mitras and Order Members – traditionally we have done this on Monday evenings – let us know if you would like to participate and we’ll set something up.
Social Events – Hikes, Movies, etc. Self-organized.
Donations
To help cover our January expenses, we suggest a contribution of $50–$100, or whatever you can comfortably offer. Every gift helps sustain the sangha and makes these programs possible. You can donate for each event, or make a one-time donation. Here are the methods. Thank you!
