In the Buddhist tradition meditation is part of a whole set of tools that help us to effectively engage with and transform the heart and mind. By looking closely at the ways we interpret our experience of ourselves and the world we learn how to work with perceptions and feelings in ways that enhance, rather than undermine, the benefits of meditation. 

Through discussion of practical Buddhist teachings, along with periods of reflection and meditation, we will clarify and deepen our understanding of effective practice, building the confidence and inspiration we need to keep it up and enjoy the positive changes it can bring. 

Open to complete beginners and anyone wishing to refresh, support and deepen their practice.
