Sangha Night Wednesday June 17
Mudita Bhavana – Appreciative Awareness through poetry
With Prajnakavi
Join us this week as we explore muditā—sympathetic joy and appreciative awareness of good qualities. Following a guided muditā practice, Prajnakavi and several sangha members will share a selection of poems and readings. These will provide a starting point for personal reflection and small-group discussion as we reflect on the people, qualities, and experiences that bring joy, gratitude, and inspiration into our lives.
Prajnakavi has just published a beautiful new book of poems: Wild Prayer available at the SFBC for a donation.
This is part of our series The Heart of Buddhism running through May, June and July – drop in every week or just when you can.
Everyone is welcome to Sangha Night!
