Vajrapriya

Vajrapriya became one of Triratna’s International Order Convenors in 2024.

He was ordained in 2002, and spent most of his Dharma life working in the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, UK. He moved to Shrewsbury in 2016 with his partner, Vajradevi, to help out with the Centre there.

After working for the International Order Office as manager for a few years from 2016, and as trustee and later chair of the associated charity, the Triratna Trust, he was recruiting for an International Order Convenor to succeed Saraha, when he was  nominated himself, and was appointed.

He loves the opportunity of being involved with so many dedicated and inspiring Dharma practitioners, while serving this institution of our Order, which exists to strengthen the “mycelial network” of kalyana mitrata within the Order.
