Throughout the year we offer various weekend practices, including:
Silent Meditation Days – Meditation every hour, on the hour from 9am to 4pm – join for the day or any individual sessions.
Meditation and Movement mornings – Sitting Meditation along with Qigong, Yoga or Walking meditations.
