Retreats provide an opportunity to sit quietly, relaxing into awareness, in a beautiful setting that is much simpler than our daily lives. This retreat will provide support and information for those newer to retreat, and a familiar practice context for others, focusing on cultivating patience in difficult times, through meditation, study, and some devotional practice (puja).
