If you are driving please allow adequate time for parking. The parking garage around the corner (on 21st street between Bartlett and Valencia) often fills up, for example, on Saturdays by 9am. We recommend that you take public transportation if possible.

The Center is located in the Mission District between 21st and 22nd streets, between Valencia and Mission streets. There is more contact information at Contacting the SFBC. Driving directions are as follows:

From the South

From 101

  • Take 101 North to Caesar Chavez Street exit West
  • Take a right onto Valencia Street
  • Right on 22nd, First left on Bartlett

From 280

  • Take 280 North to San Jose Ave exit
  • San Jose turns into Guerrero
  • Right on 22nd
  • Left on Bartlett

From the East Bay

  • Take 80 West...
  • Get off at Cesar Chavez Street exit West.
  • Take a right onto Mission Street...
  • Left onto 22nd Street
  • First right onto Bartlett Street

 

From the North

  • After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, follow Lombard Street
  • Right onto Gough
  • Follow Gough across town and then make right onto Market Street
  • First left onto Valencia Street
  • Left onto 22nd Street
  • First left onto Bartlett Street

The SFBC is on the right torward the end of the street …park on the street or continue on Bartlett and turn left on 21st Street. There is a garage to your immediate left.
